808's and Heartbreaks? NO PAIN IS FOREVER!

Everyone goes through heart ache. Some more severe than others....

You may feel like you can't get out of bad, can't eat, can't sleep, but know NO PAIN IS FOREVER!!

Allow yourself the time to pout and cry but start to rebuild and meditate on a brighter day.

Before you know it you'll have pulled yourself out of that pit and be able to go on and later help someone else!!

There are times when you'll feel like everyone has turned their back on you and people you once called friends may sell you out for others BUT don't dwell on negative things.

Focus your mind on positive thoughts, forget about the past and think positively about where you're headed.

If there was nothing left for you to do on Earth you'd be dead already. 

Dust yourself off, get up and get to work!

Busy Busy

I've been busy and haven't had access to a computer during my travels to update. Only the internet on my cell which has a mind all its own.

The message today is simple: create a plan, write it down and execute!

Don't Even Trip!

ONCE UPON A TIME THERE WAS A CHANNING WHO TRIED TO CONTROL PEOPLE. WHO WOULD GET MAD WHEN THEY DID THINGS THAT THEY SHOULDN'T. 

SHE WANTED TO ''RING THE ALARM" WHENEVER SHE PUT TIME INTO SOMEONE AND SAW THEY WERE PUTTING TIME INTO SOMEONE ELSE.

AND THEN TODAY I HAD ANOTHER TEST...THERE IT WAS IN MY FACE!!!

WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO CHANNING? WHAT ARE YOU GONNA SAY?

I TOLD HIM TO ''HAVE FUN'' B/C TODAY REMINDED ME TO REMIND MYSELF :I AM A DIVINE CREATION.

I DON'T NEED A MAN'S VALIDATION B/C I'M NOT HIS CREATION. I AM WORTH EVERY, HUG, TEXT, I LOVE YOU, FAITHFULNESS, DATE AND CONVERSATION!

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT YOURSELF?

School days--you learn and learn and learn, but after the learning is done there comes the day when everything you've learned is challenged

You have a TEST!

In life when you learn new things especially those positive and important to succeeding, know that you will be TESTED to see if you fully get it!

Don't be afraid, you know the answers and if you fail the test, learn from your mistake and should you get a re-do you are sure to pass!

Remain focused, remember why you started working towards the dream in the 1st place, reach for your goals and reflect on your past in order to learn how to go about your future..........

REFLECT on the past BUT don't live in it always move forward

No matter what curve balls life may throw at you. No matter how much pain you may feel right now

The sun still shines and opportunity is still there

Opportunity for you to rise above, opportunity for you to accomplish all your hearts desires

Opportunity...as long as you are breathing and the sun is shininng, even if it begins to rain for days at a time you still have an opportunity

An opporunity to change and an opportunity to make a difference

DON'T LET IT BREAK YOU!

IT'S NO SECRET  I COMPLETELY FELL OFF BLOGGING. I WAS  TRYING TO DEAL WITH TOO MUCH ON MY OWN AND NOT CONFIDING IN OTHERS WHEN I NEEDED HELP.

MY BFF ASKED ME TODAY "WHY DIDN'T YOU READ YOUR OWN BLOGS WHEN YOU WERE DOWN?''

I THOUGHT ABOUT IT AND I REALIZED I WAS SO WRAPPED UP IN NOT WANTING TO TALK ABOUT IT THAT I ISOLATED MYSELF AND CREATED A LONELY, DEPRESSED, DEFEATED ENVIRONMENT TO BE IN.

INSTEAD OF HELPING OTHERS OR BEING INSPIRED BY ANY AND EVERYTHING I SAW LIKE BEFORE. I ALLOWED HURT AND SILENCE TO TAKE ME OVER.

WHAT I'VE LEARNED IS, IT'S OK TO TELL OTHERS WHEN YOU'RE GOING THRU BECAUSE AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A SOLID CORE AND SOMEONE TO TALK TO YOU CAN KEEP THE PASSION TO GO FORWARD.

MY MOM ALWAYS SAYS IT'S THE BANANA THAT GETS STRIPPED FROM THE BUNCH THAT GETS DEVOURED 1ST!!!

A New Inspiration

It's been a LONG time since I've updated my blog and for sooo long I felt like no one was listening but today I was inspired to keep it going.

I was down for a minute but it dawned on me that I had to have FAITH. I had to be 

Fearless 

Against 

Inevitable 

Things That 

Happen

I will try, at least weekly, to keep my blogging up!
